Introducing Heidi Health AI

We are pleased to be introducing Heidi Health AI, a secure clinical documentation tool designed to support our clinicians and improve the consultation experience for patients.

Heidi Health assists clinicians by creating draft clinical notes during consultations, reducing the time spent on administration and allowing more focus on patient care. All notes are reviewed and approved by the clinician before being added to the medical record.

The use of Heidi Health helps clinicians spend more time listening to patients and less time typing, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.

Heidi Health will be used as a standard part of consultations within the practice. If you would prefer not to have Heidi Health used during your appointment you have the right to opt out.   Please inform your clinician at the start of each consultation and they will ensure Heidi Health is not used.
