Love Your Heart!
A heart-themed display, Love Your Heart, is prepared in our waiting room this month, in order to promote heart health among our patients of all ages.
We’re partnering with the British Heart Foundation to make sure our patients stay informed about their heart health and how to prevent or cope with heart disease.
Their advice and guidance help us to ensure that our patients have the most accurate information to keep their hearts healthy. And all that in a theme of love and hearts!
Our display includes tips on reducing your heart disease risk, understanding cholesterol, taking control of alcohol, and eating better. Our heart health leaflets, posters, and online resources are all designed for patients' convenience.
Thorpe Road Surgery is committed to helping our patients live healthier lives and we want to make sure that everyone knows how to love their heart. We are confident that our Love Your Heart display will be very popular with our patients, and we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
