Our goal before Covid-19 was to use a birth-month recall system for most long-term conditions annual reviews, but an increase in clinical needs has forced us to prioritize appointments.

As of April 2022, we plan to use the birth-month recall system again. Patients with one or more long-term conditions will receive an invitation to book an appointment just before their birthday month.

As a result, patients will have to attend fewer appointments as multiple tests and checks can be performed at the same time.
